Launching the Bot Library project
- MK System discovered that several RPA venders are automating business processes around their SaaS solution at their subscribers.
- They have decided to release their own ‘bots’ after identifying 20 commonly conducted manual processes among their subscribers
- They selected ARGOS Low-code as its bot-library platform and invested 4 months to learn the tool and to build 20 software robots
- The 20 bots were released in April 2021
- By September, over 300 subscribers added the new bot-library to their original subscription plan
- Almost all 300 bot-library subscribers said that they are going to renew their service next year
